Healing still not balanced

Balance healing with levels and damage output from mobs.

How you currently feel about this in-game and how you think you should feel
I feel like the only heals worth having from a cooldown, energy use, and game play are considered are full heal and heal beam. Light heal and Superior heal are not usable or useful. Light heal is only useful in level 1-15 or so. Superior heal is never useful.

Any ideas you have on how things could be improved, fixed, or add more fun to the experience
Superior heal should not require 6 light heal while full heal is only 3. The healing power, cool down, and energy still needs balancing from my gameplay perspective…
