If you were playing on NA-East. There’s a known issue in the backend where your game won’t properly connect to the dungeon server. You have to kill the TimeGameClient.exe process, and relaunch.
You can try NA-East again, but if you can, try to use NA-West for now.
Hey @EmmiirBaba I am terribly sorry your having these problems just know the game is being worked on and improved everyday by our dedicated dev team at big time. What I can suggest for now until this issue is resolved try force closing the application in the task manager as you show in your screen shot and relaunch big time and try switching your servers once you get back on.
