REQUEST: Eliminate or Reduce Global Cooldown on Abilities After Stopping Sprint

Please eliminate or reduce the ability blocking effects after the character has ceased sprint. At present the ‘cooldown’ is relatively long for a high stakes battle situation, leading to failed casts/combos and missed timing. It feels very clunky to have to wait a second in live battle for them to unlock.

If you’re wanting to ensure a user isn’t abusing lag, perhaps a middle ground of a 250ms would be an amicable place to ensure a user ceased the sprint and hasn’t re-engaged.

if you jump while jumping your momentum doesnt stop and cooldown starts so you can cast while in air and moving. Not sure there is a change needed maybe try this mechanic?
