REQUEST: UI Scaling

How’s the fight going? Wish I knew.

Too often, while playing using a smaller viewport the pickup dialog will actively block large amounts of the playfield; a particularly large issue playing while fully zoomed out as a healer, since a lot can be under that box. Add in large mob counts, and high speed action, and you have a messy situation.

A UI scale option would solve this.

Yea a whole UI rework i think is required, however in the meantime can we just shuffle player healthbars to the top?
