TW Tank Sub Tree Target Increase and Other Buffs Not Working Properly

Problem you’re trying to solve

At least one of the abilities in the Time Warriors Tank Sub Tree are not working properly. The Target Rating Increase has 10 available upgrades for your skill points but only the first point works to give you -2000 rating. Putting additional points into this ability does not change anything.

Some of these other buffs look like they don’t actually give you any increases either, but I have yet to try them by applying skill points to them (Block, Mitigation, and Movement Speed)

How you currently feel about this in-game and how you think you should feel

I discovered this when trying to find a way to lure enemies to the soul drain. The agro we get from Taunt and Quantum Fixer Healing Aura are not always sufficient now to gather enemies to the Soul Drain before failing the mission. It’s frustrating when enemies keep turning around and walking away.

Any ideas you have on how things could be improved, fixed, or add more fun to the experience

The Target Rating Increase should be fixed properly so that it continues to apply buff as more skill points are added. The other abilities should be looked at to make sure they are operating also. Maybe more importantly the agro in the game and the current objectives should be working in a manner that are game friendly and not causing frustration and dungeon failure.
